  • YES! There are a lot of classes that are more competitive and challenging, there are also ones that accommodate every size, shape, medical condition, and age, our classes are suited to all-levels from beginners to regulars, our teachers will guide you through each sequence and encourage you to listen and feel into your body and rest when you need to.

  • Our retreats are fully catered, including morning and afternoon tea. We serve delicious, fresh, healthy food, as well as fresh juices and herbal teas. We always provide plenty to eat. If you have any special dietary requirements please bring any additional items you may need, but our in-house chefs will cater the best they can for your needs.

  • We’ll send a map of directions to the farm to every guest that books into a retreat, we don’t offer transport so you will need to arrange to get yourself there, but it’s about 45 minutes from Albury and 3 and half hours from Melbourne, let me know if you’d like to see if we can arrange a car pool.

  • As places are strictly limited on our retreats, we have adopted a cancellations and refunds policy, which you will be sent out upon booking.

  • We try our best to help everyone to come on retreat, but understand it can be a big investment - we ask for a $300 non refundable deposit upfront to secure your place with the final amount due 30 days prior, unless prior arrangements have been made. Chat with us about a payments plan to suit you either weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

  • There’s nothing quite as empowering or liberating as taking off on a solo adventure, YOU will meet other women travelling alone too, we’re happy to team you up with someone to help ease the feeling of nerves, but everyone on retreat will love having you and make it comfortable for you, most often than not, you’ll meet other people in the same position and walk away as great friends. I say take the solo trip, and do it for you!

  • ANYTHING is possible, BIG life changes can happen when you take yourself off on a retreat and it’s about you, do as little or as much as you like. At Sacred Women’s Retreats you can expect great company, friendships and connection. Our intention is to allow women to truly reconnect, with themselves and others. The weekend is bringing women together to give them the opportunity to step away from the daily grind, through yoga, meditation, nature and yummy healthy food.

  • One day we’d love to cater for men, mixed groups and children, but that’s something we’ll look at in the future, right now It’s purely a decision that we made given the intimate sizes of our retreats and shared bathrooms and bedrooms at our venues. and the topics we dive into.

  • We have a Glamping option (with heating and warm blankets for the cooler months) that is twin share, plus twin share inside and queen rooms too. They all have different prices.

  • We would would love that, we have a private FB group you’re welcome to join as well as different events ran every so often, but we also offer coaching calls if you’re needing some direction and guidance.

  • Please book in a call with us prior to booking into a retreat if you have concerns about any of the points above. We have adopted these guidelines as we have found they help everyone to gain the maximum benefit from the time spent in retreat.

  • Due to the nature of the retreat - I am no longer accepting day retreat participants. Keen an eye out for future events though.
